Does OnTrac ever deliver on time?
OnTrac Ground Our most popular service. Ground shipments are delivered by end of day. The delivery time will vary based on a route’s other service commitments. OnTrac cannot schedule a specific delivery time window for day-definite deliveries.

What does FedEx mean by “End of Day”? End of day means that deliveries are made before the end of the business day quoted in the delivery schedule. If your delivery has encountered a delay in transit, FedEx may deliver the package later than the typical 8 PM delivery cutoff.
