Tips across Kirklees will re-open on Monday 11 May but anyone who wants to visit must follow new strict rules. There are five sites across Kirklees which operate from 8am to 5pm on weekdays. On Saturday they are open from 8am to 4pm and on Sunday from 9am until 4pm.
