What is M-tag used for?
M-TAG refers to the first generation of Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system used in the state of Maryland by the Maryland Transportation Authority (MdTA) from 1999 to 2001. The request for proposal for the system was issued by the authority in 1995.
How do you get the M-tag?
Here’s how you can do it.
- Visit your nearest motorway toll plaza.
- Take your CNIC and vehicle registration book with you.
- Go to the M-Tag registration booths on the left side of the toll plaza.
- Give your details and get your car’s M-Tag ID.

What is the Mtag?
Created by the Mississippi Legislature, this program is designed to provide financial assistance to Mississippi residents attending state approved public and private not-for-profit two-year and four-year eligible colleges and universities.
What is M-Tag ID?
M-Tag is a pre-paid Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) that is installed at the top right corner of the front windscreen of a vehicle. There are scanners installed on the motorways’ toll plazas to scan the passing through vehicles. M-Tag system has replaced earlier E-Tag System which was being managed by NADRA.

What is the full Pell grant amount?
There are a number of factors that go into deciding the award amount for Pell Grant recipients. The minimum amount that can be awarded is currently $650. The maximum is $6,345 for the 2020–21 award year (July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021).
