Will APS turn off service?

How do I find my APS account number?
You can look up your ID number online. Your APS ID number is printed in the upper left corner of your APS membership invoices, in the first line of any APS renewal email, and on your APS membership card. Your APS ID number is on the second line of your APS News mailing label.

What are the peak times for APS?
What are the on-peak and off-peak hours? The higher-cost hours (called on-peak hours) are from 3-8 pm weekdays, other than 10 designated holidays throughout the year. Get lower rates at all other times (called off-peak hours): before 3pm and after 8pm weekdays, all day on weekends and all day on the 10 holidays.
