Where do Freshman live at URI?
Close to everything and far from typical. Nearly all of our first-year students live in our on-campus, co-ed “freshman village.” And for good reason. Residence halls are grouped together in neighborhoods perfect for meeting new friends.

First-year students living on campus are not eligible to purchase a resident parking permit to park their vehicle on campus, however students can use off campus satellite parking options which are available to all of our students.
